Subject: [PATCH] bcachefs: Correct the FS_IOC_GETFLAGS to FS_IOC32_GETFLAGS in bch2_compat_fs_ioctl()

It should be FS_IOC32_GETFLAGS instead of FS_IOC_GETFLAGS in
compat ioctl.
