Subject: [PATCH] ARM: dts: aspeed: Add device tree for Ampere's Mt. Mitchell BMC

The Mt. Mitchell BMC is an ASPEED AST2600-based BMC for the Mt. Mitchell
hardware reference platform with AmpereOne(TM) processor.
