When validating the parameter length for MGMT_OP_ADD_EXT_ADV_PARAMS
command, use the correct op code in error status report:
was MGMT_OP_ADD_ADVERTISING, changed to MGMT_OP_ADD_EXT_ADV_PARAMS.
